Member for Penrith and the Border (Mr. Maclean) on 17 March 1999,Official Report, column 658, decisions on the terms and conditions of employment of the ECB Executive Board, including the President, are for the ECB. There is no obligation on members of the ECB Executive Board to reveal details of their terms and conditions of employment, including their salaries.
