§ Mr. HuttonHealth authorities and social services departments were required, by April 1999, to produce joint investment plans for older people, including those with mental health problems, with preparatory information to support the National Service Framework for mental health services. We are considering what other client groups will be covered from April 2000 and will issue guidance shortly.
