Member for Penrith and The Border (Mr. Maclean) on 2 February 1999,Official Report, columns 597–98. On 19 October 1998, the Embassy dispatched two reports, commenting on Spanish reactions to the arrest of Senator Pinochet and on Judge Garzon's intentions as regards making an early visit to London to interview him.
