Mr. Jon Owen JonesExchanges of correspondence are presently taking place between the Environment Agency, the applicants for the Wye Navigation Order, and an objector who has made post inquiry representations. This, together with the complexities involved in considering this case, means that the report is unlikely to be published prior to the establishment of the National Assembly for Wales.
