§ Ms Glenda JacksonThe London to South West and South Wales study is included in the first tranche of the multi-modal studies programme announced last month. Work on the study will start before the autumn. The Government Office for the South West will set up a steering group to include representatives from the South West Regional Planning Conference and other regional and transport interests, to determine the terms of reference and areas of study.
