§ Mr. McLeishThere has been no such research commissioned but the present arrangements for training police officers in Scotland in racial awareness and cultural diversity will be addressed in responding to the Stephen Lawrence Inquiry Report.
From 1 July 1999, this will be a matter for the Scottish Parliament.
