§ Kate HoeyI understand from the Criminal Cases Review Commission that the consideration of Mr. Kamara's case by a committee of three Commission members, which was due to take place last month, has had to be postponed until later this month for operational reasons. The case committee may decide either whether or not to refer the case to the Court of Appeal or that further investigation is required.
