§ Mr. RaynsfordThe Government published for consultation on 7 December 1998 a package of proposals aimed at making the home buying and selling process easier and avoiding problems such as gazumping. We will consider carefully responses to the consultation in reaching conclusions on action required to improve the process in the interests of all responsible sellers and buyers.
