§ Mr. MorleyAll the paper used by this department is either recycled or made from sustainable managed forests and is elemental chlorine free and made without the use of chlorine gas. According to the suppliers, about 1 per cent. of the paper provided during 1 April 1997 to 31 March 1998 was recycled.
