§ Mr. FatchettWe have made clear to the Indian Government our commitment to human rights. We shall continue to encourage them to allow more visits by international human rights groups, including Amnesty 271W International and UN thematic mechanisms. We are not aware of any restrictions on visits to Jammu and Kashmir by foreign or other journalists.
