§ Mr. Mike O'BrienMatters of concern to transsexuals are the responsibility of a number of Government Departments. The Government are considering how best to take forward the issues raised by the recent judgment by the European Court of Human Rights in the case of two British trans-sexuals, Horsham and Sheffield.
