§ Mr. MudieAll provision funded by the Further Education Funding Council is monitored by the Council's Inspectorate. Provision funded by Training and Enterprise Councils is similarly monitored by the Training Standards Council. Both organisations have regard to the arrangements made for people with special learning needs when carrying out their inspections. Their reports are published.
