§ Mr. Prescott[holding answer 26 October 1998]: My Department has Supply and Service Agreements with the Government Car and Despatch Agency for 9 vehicles for Ministers. Seven of the cars have engine capacities of 2 litres, the others being 4 litres and 2.7 litres respectively.
