§ Mr. IngramThe Independent Commission is consulting widely and has received almost 2,000 submissions—the vast majority from individual members of the public. It has met with key figures in the field of policing and has recently held a number of public meetings. As the Agreement says, the Commission will report no later than Summer 1999.
