§ Ms HodgeOutreach will be a key part of Sure Start and will build on existing infrastructures including those in the health and voluntary sectors. Costs will be met from within the Sure Start budget for England of £452 million over the next three years. The Government will be issuing guidance for Sure Start projects in due course. The exact arrangements for outreach work will be for local projects to decide.
