§ Mr. Tony LloydMost residents of St. Helena are British Dependent Territories Citizens. The issue of British citizenship for residents of all UK Overseas Territories who do not already have it is a complex one. It is being considered sympathetically in the current Review of UK Overseas Territories and the result will be published in the White Paper.
