§ Mr. StrawI had two meetings in the Home Office in the morning and then went to the House for three more meetings and to attend Prime Minister's Questions. I remained in the House for the Report and Third Reading of the Human Rights Bill.
The Minister of State, my hon. Friend the Member for Cardiff, South and Penarth (Mr. Michael), held a number of meetings in the Home Office, spoke at a Crime and Disorder seminar and at a Foreign Press Association Conference on Youth Crime, and was with me during one of my meetings in the House.
