§ Mr. HainThe Welsh Office in collaboration with the Welsh TECs actively promotes Modern Apprenticeships to both employers and young people. However, the demand for apprentices on Deeside, as elsewhere, is determined by employers. CELTEC, the local Training and Enterprise Council, works with these employers to meet emerging needs.
