§ Dawn PrimaroloThe European Commission has challenged the current exemption from air passenger duty that applies to the return leg of a return journey within the United Kingdom. We are considering how to respond. This will take some time and I do not expect to make any announcement before the Budget. Until then I am not prepared to speculate on what the outcome may be.
