§ Mr. MudieMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State has received a number of representations about the future of higher education in Cornwall. I welcome the initiative taken by the three higher education institutions in Cornwall to form a new partnership to develop plans for improving the quality and range of higher education opportunities in Cornwall.
