§ Mr. RaynsfordThe Department has received 66 responses to its consultation on transitional provisions to cover the period before and following the extension of Part M of the Building Regulations to new dwellings. Of these responses: 29% were from disability organisations; 41% were from building related bodies (half of which were national or regional associations or professional bodies); and 8% were from housing providers.
