§ Mr. Doug HendersonThe Chief Executive of the Logistic Information Systems Agency has been set the following Key Targets for 1998–99
Key Target 1—To deliver the agreed levels of service within budget levels defined by the customer.Key Target 2—To achieve a reduction in unit costs of 3.0% by April 1999.Key Target 3—To improve delivery performance to customer requirements such that:
- 95% of Requests for Change are assessed within 7 days.
- The average period required for Request for Change Authorisation is reduced by 10%.
- 85% of Requests for Change are moved from the Tasking Phase to the Implementation Phase within 90 days.
