§ Mr. BoatengMinisters have agreed an action plan with Liverpool Social Services which addresses the main issues raised by the report of the Social Services Inspectorate/Audit commission Joint Review, published on 23 July 1998. Progress is being monitored by the Social Services Inspectorate (SSI) and will be formally evaluated by SSI and the local auditors after six months.
