§ Clare ShortThe Department for International Development has six dedicated motor-cycle spaces at its 94 Victoria Street headquarters all of which are in a garage block under the scrutiny of cameras and custody guards. The Department also has three dedicated spaces at its East Kilbride Headquarters which are relatively less secure.
