To ask the Secretary of State for Health (1) how many hospital aftercare schemes or hospital at home schemes exist within the NHS; and if he will provide a breakdown by NHS region; [54973]

(2) what number and percentage of hospital aftercare schemes or hospital at home schemes are run by (a) NHS trusts, (b) voluntary organisations and (c) others. [54974]
