§ Mr. MilburnCamden and Islington Health Authority has been invited to develop a full programme, with the expectation of being awarded second wave health action zone status from 1 April 1999, subject to a satisfactory programme being submitted. Second wave health action zones will receive a share of £15 million programme funding in 1999–2000. In 2000–2001, first and second wave health action zones will share £60 million programme funding.
