§ Mr. HoonThe Court Service is currently undertaking an audit of all courts to establish what facilities exist at each location for people who have physical, visual or hearing disabilities. The audit is scheduled for completion in February 1999. Where requirements for additional or upgraded facilities are identified, these will be addressed, where reasonably practicable, according to priority.
