To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment if he will list the planning assumptions on which the New Deal pilots for over 25s are based, indicating the proportion of each part of the client group that the Government would usually expect, in the absence of the New Deal, to leave jobseeker's allowance within six months of reaching(a) 12 months, (b) 18 months and (c) 24 months unemployment and the indicative information the Government have about the proportion of jobseeker's allowance leavers who, in the absence of the New Deal, would go into jobs.
