§ Mr. MorleyCouncil Decision 95/527/EC provides for Community funding of certain expenditure incurred by Member States in monitoring the application of the Common Fisheries Policy. Applications for funding are routed through the Ministry but decisions on eligible expenditure, the rate of Community financial contribution, and the conditions to which contributions may be subject are determined by the Commission in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 18 of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 3760/92.
