§ Mr. PrescottI will be publishing my proposals in a consultation paper, entitled `Sustainability counts', on Monday 23 November 1998. Copies of this paper will be placed in the Library of the House. The indicators will cover economic, social and environmental issues, reflecting the broad objectives of sustainable development. I hope they will help people to understand what sustainable development means, and that they will be reported regularly on television, radio and in the newspapers.
