§ Mr. MudieDr. Graham Chandler, retired Registrar of the University of Nottingham, has accepted his reappointment as the independent Assessor for the Student Loans Company for a further three-year term from 1 January 1999 to 31 December 2001. I am placing details of his terms of reference in the Library.
