§ Mr. McLeishWe envisage the planned voter education campaign commencing in the New Year. We are currently taking professional advice about the precise form and timing of the campaign and intend to discuss our proposals with the other political parties. We will make decisions on the budget to be assigned to the campaign in the light of those discussions and the professional advice we receive.
