§ Mr. McLeishThe Consultative Steering Group has been meeting since January this year and will make its final report to the Secretary of State for Scotland by the end of this year. We have no plans to appoint any further members to the Group. The Church of Scotland took the opportunity to make its views known to CSG in response to the Group's extensive consultation exercise.
