§ Mr. SpellarExcept in circumstances where reciprocal arrangements exist, aircraft of a foreign government making use of any MOD airfield, including RAF Brize Norton, are normally required to pay appropriate landing, 721W parking, and handling fees, and to meet the full costs of any additional support required, thus avoiding any direct costs falling to my Department.
