Which London boroughs have fully complied with the Secretary of State's parking guidance which requires them to produce a separate statement of account for on-street parking; how any surplus funding has been used; and what action has been taken against those London boroughs which have failed to comply with the parking guidance. The information requested is shown in the table. My honourable friend the Minister for Transport in London has discussed the issue of late submission of accounts with the Association of London Government which will ensure that all the 1997–98 returns are made available once the local authority accounts are finalised.
