§ Mr. HainOur plans to introduce revised criteria relating to noise mitigation matters were included (at paragraph 3.8) in the report on the review of the Welsh trunk road programme "Driving Wales Forward" published on 28 July. We are liaising with the Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions on this matter and a separate announcement will be made in due course.
