§ Mr. MorleyThe Environment Agency has prepared an outline flood alleviation strategy for the whole of the Silk Stream catchment. The Ministry will be providing the Agency with feedback on the technical, economic and environmental aspects of this outline strategy shortly. It will then be for the Agency to continue to prepare a more detailed strategy with a view to obtaining the necessary approvals.
