§ Mr. FoulkesThe Secretary of State did not visit the Nepal Leprosy Fellowship during her visit to Nepal. The purpose of the visit was to help build a new development relationship with Nepal with poverty elimination at its core. It included discussions with government, donors and civil society organisations on how better health services could be provided for poor people.
