§ Mr. MudieI have received one representation from the Transport and General Workers Union. The National Textile Training Organisation has submitted a bid for recognition as a National Training Organisation. As my hon. Friend is aware, the Recognition Process involves a rigorous analysis of an organisation's capacity to meet the criteria. The National Textile Training Organisation has yet to persuade officials that their bid is strong enough for submission to the Recognition Panel but discussions are continuing.
