§ Mr. FatchettI refer my hon. Friend to my answer of 29 October 1998,Official Report, column 271, which set out the discussions my noble Friend the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State had with officials during her visit to Turkey in September. I will be visiting Turkey as part of a Trade Mission from 18-19 November. I have been briefed on this case. There are no plans for any other Ministers to visit Turkey at this time.
