§ Mr. DenhamWe have recently completed research into why some pensioners do not claim their entitlements. And we have also just completed nine pilots to test ways of identifying pensioners with potential entitlement to Income Support and ways of encouraging them to claim. We are currently evaluating the results of both the research and the pilots and will then consider the best way forward.
