§ Ms QuinMembers of the public may apply for access to any Council document under the provisions of Council Decision 93/731/EC of 20 December 1993. Applications are considered on a case-by-case basis.
The two draft Decisions identifying and incorporating the Schengen acquis have been made available to Parliament.
