§ Mr. MacdonaldThe Invergarry-Kyle of Lochalsh Trunk Road (A87) Extension (Skye Bridge Crossing) Toll Order 1992 (S.I.1992/1501) is a local order in terms of Regulation 4 of the Statutory Instrument Regulations 1947. As such, it was not required to be printed and sold. The Order was not subject to Parliamentary procedure. It complied fully with the procedures required in terms of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 as applied to the Order by the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991.
