§ Mr. RaynsfordWe hope to consult on proposals for leasehold reform very shortly. The Lord Chancellor's Department is responsible for commonhold but I understand that consultation on its introduction will follow in due course. These two initiatives are linked and we are liaising closely to ensure consistent proposals.
