§ Mr. BattleThe Department of Health is conducting the Pharmaceutical Price Regulation Scheme negotiations on behalf of HMG. DTI and other Ministers were consulted in advance on the terms of the negotiation and will be similarly consulted prior to conclusion of the negotiations. In the interim DTI is kept informed of developments as member of an official level DH-chaired interdepartmental group.
