§ Mr. MorleyThe Common Agricultural Policy has provided hill farmers with a great deal of financial support. However, the Government would like hill farmers to have a more secure and sustainable future than has been achievable under the present CAP framework. This is being considered in the context of the Agenda 2000 reform proposals.
