To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions (1) what estimate he has made of the number of people resident in the Warrington, North constituency who received a court summons for unpaid water charges in each of the past five years; [58314]

(2) how many (a) gas, (b) electricity and (c) water disconnections took place in the Warrington, North constituency in each of the past five years. [58315]
