§ Mr. HoonSubject to award of contract, I anticipate the Libra service will be implemented at the first Magistrates' Courts Committee towards the end of 2001. It will be for Gloucestershire Magistrates' Courts Committee, in consultation with the Department, to agree with the Libra supplier when the service should be implemented in Gloucestershire.
