To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions if the Green Paper on leasehold reform will address the question of social housing leaseholders. [58438]

Our consultation paper will seek views on a wide range of leasehold issues affecting social housing leaseholders and leaseholders generally.

Mr. Pike

To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions what representations his Department has received on leasehold reform; and if he will make a statement. [58545]

Mr. Raynsford

We have received a large number of representations on leasehold reform. We are currently conducting a comprehensive review of the leasehold system and are committed to thoroughgoing reform.

To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions when his Department proposes to publish the Green Paper on Leasehold Reform.[58544]

We hope to issue our consultation paper on leasehold reform shortly.
