§ Mr. MichaelThe Office for National Statistics published on 22 October GDP figures for the areas in Wales known by the Eurostat classification NUTS 2. The figures indicate that the West Wales and the Valleys NUTS 2 area should meet the criterion for Objective 1 as currently proposed by the Commission.
